Norman Quinn

Norman Quinn holds a Ph.D from the University of Queensland. He was a lecturer in Fisheries at the University of Technology, Lae, a senior J. W. Fullbright Scholar at the University of the South Pacific and a Visiting Professor at the University of Papua New Guinea. He was the Director of the Discovery Bay Marine Laboratory, University of Wes Indies, Jamaica. He coordinates the East End Marine Park at the US Virgin Islands and is on the board of the Association of Marine Laboratories of the Caribbean He is author of over 150 publications dealing with the people and marine ecology of the Western Pacific.
